Septic, treatment systems & site work, done right.
Family-owned and operated, with 20+ years in the ground. We specialize in treatment systems and ATLs for lake lots and tough sites, plus conventional septic, lot clearing, grading and house footers.
Services
Treatment Systems
Our specialty. Advanced treatment systems for lots that can't take a conventional system, including Fuji Clean units.
ATLs (Advanced Treatment Leachfields)
Sand-built fields that treat right in the ground, on their own or paired with a treatment tank, depending on what the site calls for.
LPD Drain Fields
Low pressure distribution systems that pump effluent evenly through small pressurized lines, for lots where a gravity field won't work. One of the few crews in the area that installs them.
Drip Systems
Drip dispersal that spreads treated effluent through shallow tubing, a good fit for tight, sloped or wooded lots. One of the few crews in the area that installs them.
Conventional Septic
New and replacement systems for new homes and failed systems, installed to the design and inspected.
Lot Clearing
Trees, stumps and brush cleared to get your lot ready to build, including steep and wooded lake lots.
Grading
Building pads, drainage and final grade so water goes where it should.
House Footers & Excavation
Footers dug for new homes and additions, grinder pump installs for sewer hookups, plus trenching and other residential dirt work.
Tough lot? That's our kind of job.
Poor soils, tight lots or being close to the water can mean a conventional system won't pass. That's where treatment systems, ATLs, LPD and drip fields come in. We're one of the few installers in the area who can do all of them, and it's most of what we do.

Renting out your lake house?
A lot of lake homes are rented out as vacation rentals to help cover the cost. The catch: the county sizes your septic system by how many people the house can sleep. In Bedford County, a listing that sleeps 18 needs a system sized for 9 bedrooms, and many lake homes only have a 3 or 4 bedroom system.
Redesign the system
We work with the designer to size a new system for the number of guests you want to host.
Treatment tank + ATL, LPD or drip
A treatment tank paired with an ATL, LPD or drip system cleans the water before it reaches the field, so it can handle more bedrooms.
Same footprint
In many cases it fits in the space of your old drain field, which matters on tight lake lots.
